When my husband and I decided to build a custom home on acreage, Jared with Havoc was our first call. He went over everything in detail based on the floor plan we had chosen- costs, the process, and answered the many, many questions that I had. We were confident in his ability and in the end, he definitely proved to us that we made the right decision in choosing him!
Throughout the build Jared communicated with us daily and always kept us posted on what was happening and what would be happening next. He also made sure that we knew what decisions and selections (there are SO MANY!) we needed to be making in the near future so that the build could stay on track. Jared was at the job site regularly to meet with subs, get work started for the day, and to meet with us to be sure we were always pleased with the work being done. He was also wonderful to suggest little additions or ideas from his experience that we had not thought of, which gave us the maximum use of the space that we had.
My husband and I truly could not be more pleased with the way that our home turned out. We have a beautiful custom home that we plan to enjoy for many years to come and are always happy to recommend Jared at Havoc Construction to anyone looking for an honest contractor!
